Seafood rice is an easy and impressive dish. This 1-dish meal did a great job of uniting the savory flavors of the various seafood ingredients. The rice and carrots are full of flavor. Best seafood with rice dish I've ever had! Also I have a Chicken Rice Plaf posted too.

"Ronzoni Stuffed with Shrimps"
This is a big hit in my house and you really only need to add a salad and you have a satisfying dinner. These Ronzoni can be served with Creamy tomato basil pasta sauce (from Trader Joe's) or Alfredo Sauce.

Cream Cheese Tuna Spread
Tuna brings together three kid pleasers: tuna, cream cheese and bagels. It's a simple sandwich spread for breakfast, snacks, or a quick bite. You eat this as a dip on just about anything, veggies, chips, crackers, etc. The flavor of tuna is very subtle in this thick and creamy spread. This delicious recipe came from my aunt.

White Shrimps Recipe
White shrimp are slightly more tender than other shrimp and their shells are slightly softer and easier to peel than other shrimp. Also, large white shrimp do not develop iodine taste that other large shrimp do. Knowing how to cook shrimp in a few simple ways will give you plenty of ideas for planning your meals. This is my first time cooking in white wine, and the shrimps taste delicious in it.

Herring Under Fur Coat Salad "Селедка под шубой"
It’s hard to know what to make of this dish at first glance. From a distance, its vaguely cake like appearance often leads it to be mistaken for a dessert, when it is actually a type of salad. In fact, this dish, which consists of one layer of salted herring, vegetables and eggs, with a topmost coating of mayonnaise and grated beets lending a rich purple color, is probably the most popular of all Russian salads. It is found on nearly every New Year’s table, and often makes an appearance at birthdays and other holidays as well. I been eating this salad as long I can remember. My mom always made it for us. It became my favorite salad since I can remember.

Shrimp Rice Paper Rolls
I been experimenting with new dishes. We really enjoyed these spring rolls. My daughter even enjoyed making em and then eating em. It’s an awesome entree to serve at dinner parties, or as canapés or snacks. The good thing is that the rolls stay fresh covered with a damp cloth for a few hours, so it’s a great dish that can be prepared ahead of time.

Turmeric Rice With Shrimps
Turmeric comes from the root of the Curcuma longa plant and has a tough
brown skin and a deep orange flesh. Turmeric has long been used as a
powerful anti-inflammatory in both the Chinese and Indian systems of
medicine. Turmeric was traditionally called "Indian saffron" because of
its deep yellow-orange color and has been used throughout history as a
condiment, healing remedy and textile dye.
