Want to impress your guests? Well, this is the way to do it. The people who loves seafood will love it! My friend Luda gave me this recipe. I made it for my husbands lunch yesterday, he called just to thank me for a delicious lunch:)
Ingredients:
1 cup shrimps
1 cup calamari rings
1 cup imitation crabs (If you can get real crab meat, it's even better)
1 cup bay scallops
1/2 cup Salmon Caviar
1/2 cup cooked white rice (Skip rice for Keto)
5 egg whites
Salt, pepper,
Mayonnaise
Cook rice until it's soft then cool it.
Boil eggs and let em cool. Boil shrimps, scallops and calamari for 3 min in white wine. I get the cheapest white wine under $5.
Cut egg whites and crabs in small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients together. Keep refrigerated.
