"Seafood Blend Rice Pilaf"
Seafood rice is an easy and impressive dish. This 1-dish meal did a great job of uniting the savory flavors of the various seafood ingredients. The rice and carrots are full of flavor. Best seafood with rice dish I've ever had! Also I have a Chicken Rice Plaf posted too.

"Mandarin Mango Dessert Salad"
Mango flavored jello is stirred into whipped topping and then folded into a bowl of cottage cheese, popping bobas and mandarin oranges. It's a light and fluffy salad that is simple and easy to make. I got this recipe from a lady at our church.

"Chicken Mushroom Pot Pie"
Impossibly Easy Chicken Mushroom Pot Pie. It's loaded with chicken and vegetables in a creamy sauce. A flaky puff pastry crust surrenders to a warm veggie-and-chicken mixture infused with a savory sauce. Chicken pot pie is a perfect winter meal, but frozen versions are usually loaded with sodium and preservatives. Pot pies been my favorite for many years.

Mushroom Carrot Sandwiches
These rustic toasts feature earthy mushrooms, zesty garlic and carrots. The combination is irresistible! I was making the filling for Eggplant Rolls and toasting the bread for kids. Then the idea came to me to make these yummy sandwiches. I could not stop eating em. :)

"Asiago Potato Gnocchi"
Traditional homemade gnocchi (little Italian dumplings) are made with just potato, flour, egg and salt. Well, it was not enough flavor for me; so I added more herbs and cheese to it. I really love how these turned out. :) We really enjoyed Ricotta Gnocchi when I made em. These are like lazy potato Vareniki.

"Chicory Drink"
Chicory is a popular coffee substitute and economizer for 2 centuries, back when coffee was more prized, and pure coffee was a luxury. In that time, it became a matter of cultural preference to use chicory in coffee. I try to cut out my coffee intake, and I love creamy hot drinks. This is my favorite coffee substitute.
