Stuffed Bubliki with Meat {Бублики с Mясом}

Bubliki is like little bagels but they are dry. It turns out that bubliki can be used not only as a great addition to the tea, but also to filled  with the meat. I love dried bubliki stuffed with meat from childhood. This dish is a great for family celebrations. Bubliki with meat can be attributed to the appetizer and to a meat dish. Perfectly suited to the children's table. Adults also have great pleasure in eating bubliki and by the way, you get full very quickly.

    Ingredients:
1 bag of bubliki
1-2 cups milk boiled
1 lb ground beef and pork mixed
1 med onion
1 egg
3 tbs heavy whipping cream
Salt, pepper, coriander, smoked paprika (optional)
Mixed cheese for topping.

Soak bubliki in boiled milk for 10-15 min. In like 7 min turn to the to other side.
Mix meat with ground onion.
Add whipping cream, egg and spices. Mix well.
Bubliki will get plump and spongy. Like in the picture; see the difference.
Fill bubliki with meat. Add cheese on top.
Bake for 20 min on 350F.
Enjoy!!!

    1. You can defiantly try to make em. I been making em 2 days in a row and want to make more. They are sooooo goood:)
I found info on Google- Bublik (also Booblik or Bublyk) (Russian and Ukrainian: бублик) is a traditional Ukrainian, Russian, Polish (obwarzanek) and Lithuanian (riestainis) bread roll, very similar to bagels; however it is somewhat bigger, has a wider hole and a much denser and 'chewier' texture.
Bubliks are members of a class of bread products made from dough that has been boiled before baking, which also includes bagels, baranki, sushki, and other similar breads.

    1. Yes, they are sweetened a little bit. I always add sugar to my bread when I bake it, so it's the same thing. There is frosted ones that are really sweet:)
      Enjoy‹(•¿•)›

  3. Wooh! These bublikis look delicious. This can be a perfect dish for the whole family to enjoy. The best part is that the scrumptious food is filled with meat, meaning, the kind of food for the whole family is going to be rich in protein and amino acids, both of which our bodies could fulfill our food requirement.
