Apple Cake (Pirog)

This recipe easy to make and taste really good. Perfect for any occasion. 

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
0.5 can sweet condensed milk
1 cup Sour Cream 
1 teaspoon Baking Soda 
1 tbs Vinegar 
1 cup Flour   
3 large Apples (I use Fuji) 



Print option 

 These  are main ingredients

Mix eggs with sugar for 8 min.


Add condensed milk, sour cream, baking soda pour vinegar on top.
Add sifted flour, mix. 


Peel apples then slice in small pieces.

Pour batter in to 9 by 13 baking dish. Add apples on top. Bake on 325F until ready. Check with your finger if cake is spongy then its ready.





        Enjoy!!!

    1. Oh, it was just for the prettier picture. Its heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
      It taste great with out any cream.
