"Mandarin Mango Dessert Salad"

Mango flavored jello is stirred into whipped topping and then folded into a bowl of cottage cheese, popping bobas and mandarin oranges. It's a light and fluffy salad that is simple and easy to make. I got this recipe from a lady at our church.


1 pack 3 oz mango jello or apricot jello
1 cup boiling water
12 oz cool whip  (взбитые сливки)
8 oz cottage cheese
2 cans of mandarins, drained
1 cup mango popping bobas (also commonly referred to as “bubbles” or “tapioca pearls” )

 Mix jello with cup of boiling water. Set aside to cool down.
Drain mandarins. Add cottage cheese and cool whip to the bowl. Cool down jello completely to a cold temp.
Mix with the spoon cool whip and cottage cheese then pour in cold jello while mixing. 
Add mandarins and popping bobas
Pour into dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
