Vegetable Stir Fry Rice Noodles

Making a "original stir fry" is simple. What you add in it makes a big difference.This was a delightful meal we enjoyed loaded with vegetables.

Thank you so much Shari!!! I really love your recipe post of Fresh Herb Crusty Steak:)  So I guess I just wanted to say thank you to all of you out there who stop by and follow along with me each post, you inspire me, motivate me and keep me wanting to post more recipes.




  Ingredients:
1 or 1/2 pack of rice stick noodles
2-3 carrots
Handful Sugar snap peas
1 or 1/2 onion
1 red bell pepper
6-8 Napa cabbage leafs  
Oil, butter
Salt, vegeta, pepper

Boil water. Pour over rice noodles. Cover with a lid. Let it stand for about 3 min. Strain the water cut noodles into smaller size with kitchen scissors. Set aside. 
Add shredded carrots to a oiled skillet. Saute for a few min med-high heat.
Add snap peas. Saute for few min.
Add sliced onion, saute for 1 min.
Add sliced napa. I used white hard parts and the soft parts used for the salad.

Add sliced bell pepper. Saute for 1 min. Add noodles. Mix well Add salt, vegeta, pepper and a chunk of butter. Saute for a min.  
                     Enjoy:)

    1. Defiantly, I would add chicken or shrimps. I just did not have em on hand when i was cooking.

    1. I have a BBQ Chicken "шашлык" posted. That's the best recipe for chicken. If you like pork
      Marinade it overnight in lots of onion and squish onion with you hands so it will get a little juicy. Add salt pepper and a little bit of vinegar or none at all. Put it under a press. I like this recipe better for pork. I haven't made these in a long time. To make meat really tender in 1-2 hrs use kiwi or pineapple juice.
