Chicken Breast Patties

This is a juicy way to eat chicken breast.

     Ingredients: 
4 Half's Chicken Breast
4 Eggs
2 oz Water
4 tbls Sour Cream (you can substitute with mayonnaise) 
4 tbls Flour (Use coconut or Almond flour for keto)
1 bunch Green Onion
Salt, Pepper



Print option




Cut chicken into big chunks. Put in the food possessor. 
Leave it a little chunky. 
Like this.
Add all the rest ingredients except green onion, mix.
Mix in chopped green onion.
Melt chunk of  butter.
Put with table spoon on the frying pan.
Cook on medium until golden brown.
Leave on paper towel to cool down.










               Enjoy!!!
