"Strawberry Salad"

My family's favorite recipe, always a crowd pleaser. Easy to make and the taste is simply delicious.

 Ingredients:
3 cups strawberries
2 cups mini marshmallow
16 oz cottage cheese
8 oz cool whip
3 oz strawberry jello

 Print option

Cut strawberries into small pieces, put in the bowl. Add marshmallow, cottage cheese, cool whip sprinkle jello on the top.

Mix well with the spoon. Let it stand for 1 hour before serving. Keep refrigerated.

Enjoy!!!

  1. My sister in law makes this, and adds roughly crushed pretzels for a little extra crunch. This looks delicious and is perfect for summer!

    2. Mix with the spoon. You can leave it in the bowl or use cups. Salad does taste better when you let it sit for 1 hr. :)
