Beef Liver Pate Fritters

These are really yummy.

1.5 lbs Beef Liver (Chicken liver works too)
1 med onion
2 boiled eggs
4 oz milk (Use heavy whipping for keto)
3 tbls flour (Use 4 tbs of almond flour for Keto)
Salt, Pepper, Coriander, Vegetta



Top it with mayo with garlic. Slice of tomato on the top.
Print option



Boil liver for 10 min. Rinse well.
Cut in big chunks put in the blender.
Add chunks of onion.
Blend.
Add spices and milk.
Add eggs and flour.
Blend well.
 LET IT STAND FOR 15 MIN.
Use butter or oil to saute.















                          Mix mayo with minced garlic. Spread on top of fritters.
