Spaghetti Fritters

These are fast and easy to make from any left over pasta. Kids love it.

     Ingredients
Any thin pasta, long can be cut in shorter pieces. I used cut vermicelli.
Eggs
Salt and vegeta 
Butter for saute 



 
 Add eggs to left over pasta, salt.
Melt chunk of butter. Put spoon full of pasta.
Cook until golden brown.




                                                Enjoy!!!
