This came out a very delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs Cod
6 Potatoes (Skip for keto)
1 Hand full carrots
Half cauliflower head .....
6-7 cloves Garlic
1 bunch Asparagus
2-3 Tomatoes (use 1 tomato for keto)
Any type of cheese
Mayonnaise
1 cup whipping cream
1 can Alfredo sauce
Salt, Pepper, Coriander, vegeta (optional)
2 cups water

Rinse fish add to a bowl. Add spices and mayo.
Set aside.
Peel potatoes. Then cut into thin strips.
Put in a different big bowl. Add spices mayo mix.
Set aside.
Cut carrots lengthwise.
Add to potatoes.
Cut cauliflower in strips.
Add to potatoes.
Peel and mince garlic add to potatoes.
Add 1 cup whipping cream and Alfredo sauce.
Add more salt and fish mix well.
Put in the baking dish. Add 2 cups water.
Cover with foil. Bake for 50 min on 350F.
Prepare asparagus: break off the ends by holding the base end and snapping it wherever it snaps.
Cut into 4 each asparagus.
Take out of the oven your dish, uncover.
Add on top asparagus.
Add sliced tomatoes. Then sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 20 min.
