2 cups Buckwheat
3 cups water
1 lb Chicken thighs meat
Salt, Pepper, Vegeta
Cut meat in to small pieces saute until ready.
Cook buckwheat on the frying pan with no oil until it get brown.
Shred carrots, put in the oiled frying pan add minced onion.
Cook until golden color.
When buckwheat is ready add butter and vegeta .
Add meat,carrots with onion. To make it a little juicer add 4 oz water.
