Beef Potato Casserole


This is my family's favorite dinner :-)


Ingredients:

1 ½ lb beef
5 lbs yellow potatoes
5 carrots
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ranch
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp sea salt
Pepper  
Butter
2 cups water



Print  

Rinse beef cut into square chunks.
Stew for 45 min covered.
Until light brown.  
Put in a baking dish add 2 cups of water.

Shred carrots put frying pan add butter sauté until light brown.
Prepare potatoes cut with french fries cutter. 

Put in a large bowl add carrots, mayo, ranch, salt, pepper , garlic.
              Mix well. Put it on a top of potatoes.


Cover with foil.
Bake on 350F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
 Mix well.
                                                 Enjoy

  3. have you tried making with chicken instead of beef?

  4. i want to try making this dish but with pork, have you tried adding onions, saute them with carrots or not..? just wondering how it would taste

    1. Any meat will be fine. You can sauté onions with carrots. I made with onions before then I switched to garlic. And you can add cheese 20 min before it's done. It should taste good:)))
