The flavor and aroma of fish soup stimulates appetite and improves mood. Personally, I love the taste because the aroma of fresh fish broth can not be compared to anything else.
Ingredients:
3 liters (12 cups) Water

Carrots or handful of baby carrots

lb Shrimps
Cut fish in large chunks.Boil
water add whole onion, bay leaf, salt add fish (rinse fish). I
used Ahi tuna this time. Slice potatoes and carrots.
Boil
for a few minutes add carrots and then potatoes.
Pick up all foam with the scoop.
Boil
about 10 min until potatoes are ready.
Turn
it off add parsley, coriander and dill.
Take out onion.
Add 1/2 tsp of mayo for you plate sprinkle with black pepper.
