Bundt Cake "Кекс Topm"

An easy cake to make up from scratch. It is the simplest, great tasting cake I've ever made. If you have guests coming over and you need to make something fast. This is the cake to make. Usually these ingredients are always on hand.

5 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick butter 
1/2 tsp baking soda pour 1 tsp vinegar on top
1 tsp vanilla 
2 cups flour
3/4 cup raisins

First before starting put raisins in boiled water. This will make it soft.
Mix egg with sugar for 7-10 min until fluffy.
Put melted butter and sour cream and vanilla.
Add baking soda with vinegar. Mix
Add flour, mix and add raisins. Mix
Pour in the oiled baking dish.
Bake for 35-45 min on 325F.
 Enjoy with coffee, tea, milk.

  4. I forgot to add the vanilla because you didn’t put it anywhere in the steps. :/

  5. Are you sure it’s 1/2 stick butter instead of 1/2 cup (whole stick)? I’ve made this with the whole stick and it was perfect lol. Also used 1/4 cup less sugar. And baked it at 350 for about the same amount
