Creamy Tilapia with Carrots

Tilapia is a great choice for a healthy meal. This Tilapia recipe is made with carrots, cream and a bit of  parsley and spices. My mom's specialty. She made it for my sisters wedding. It was the party favorite.

Ingredients:
3 lbs Tilapia
2 lbs carrots...

1 pint whipping cream
3 tbs mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, vegeta, ground coriander, parsley flakes

Peel carrots, shred.
Saute in oil until golden brown.
 Rinse  fish.
Mix 3 tbs mayo with 1/2 tbs salt 1/2 tbs vegeta, pepper, few dashes of coriander.
Mix.
Spread on tilapia.

Put in the baking dish like one half on another.
Like in the picture.
Put carrots on top and add cream to cover fish.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
Cover and bake for 50 min to hour on 350F.
                  Enjoy!!!
