Pistachio Fruit Pudding

This fluffy salad is a real treat since it's creamy but not overly sweet. It's easy to mix up, and the flavor gets better the longer it stands. This recipe is super simple and can be changed to suit your tastes. Just add additional fruit and/or nuts.

      Ingredients:
1 can (20 oz) chunk pineapple drained
1 can mixed fruits drained
8 oz cool whip
2 packs pistachio pudding
2 cups milk
Pecan or pistachio nuts

Mix pudding with milk for 2 min on low speed. Add all the rest of ingredients and mix.
Enjoy!!!

  1. I made this for the New Year's eve dinner. I used 2 cans of drained mandarins, 2 cans of chunks and tidbits pineapple (drained), 4 red apples, cored ,but not peeled, cut in chunks, and about a pound of green grapes, pistachio pudding and of course whipped topping.
I added slivered almonds to my serving for a crunch.
It was very refreshing and people LOVED it .
    So it was a success.
