Baked Crab Sandwiches

Hearty sandwiches are always a speedy supper solution. This hot and tasty version dresses up plain crab meat with a blend of seasonings and cheese.

    Ingredients:
15-17 English muffin half's
2 packs (16 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup crab meat
1 small onion

2 celery sticks2 tbs mayonnaise
garlic salt, johnny's seafood seasoning
4-5 oz mozzarella cheese

Toast muffins on one side. I like to use frying pan.
Mix cream cheese with mayo and spices. I used garlic spread seasoning. Taste it, so you would not over salt it.
Mince into small pieces onion and celery. Add to the cream cheese.
It's better to use real crab meat but I use imitation crab.  Mince crab meat and add to the cream cheese. Mix well.
Spread 1 tbs of cream cheese mixture on the English muffin.
Shred mozzarella cheese.  Sprinkle the sandwich  with mozzarella.
Place it on the baking sheet.
 Broil for 5 min.
Enjoy!!!

  1. Made them many times and absolutely love them. Last time I did not have any English muffins and used biscuits instead. From now on I will be using biscuits... it just melts in your mouth. Amazing recipe! Thanks, Lea!
