Give ordinary roasted sweet potatoes a big flavor boost with garlic and spices. Orange-fleshed sweet potatoes may be one of nature's unsurpassed sources of beta-carotene. Perfect side dish for Thanksgiving turkey dinner.
Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes
3-4 oz butter
3-5 cloves garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp smoked salt or regular salt,
vegeta, parsley flakes, pepper
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into medium chunks.
Melt butter minced garlic.
Add all the spices and mix.
Mix all ingredients together.
Transfer into a baking dish. Bake covered for 30 min then mix it around and bake for 20-30 min more.
