"Nutella Swirled Birthday Cake"

This swirl of Nutella cake taste delicious!  Nutella swirl cakes is perfect combination of hazelnut and chocolate. My daughter turned 13 and I made this cake for her Birthday party.

Check out my Etsy Shop for cake decorations!

    Ingredients:
5 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 stick (113 grams) butter melted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbs vinegar
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 tbs nutella

  Cream frosting:
3 sticks unsalted butter softened
6 oz cream cheese
12 oz cool whip
6 oz sweet condensed milk

Whip eggs with sugar for 7-10 min.
Pour melted butter, mix. Add sour cream and vanilla.
Pour vinegar on baking soda. Add flour and mix well.

Take 1 cup of batter and mix with nutella. (It's my first time experimenting with nutella:)  I loved it!!!
Pour batter into 2, 9 inch circle baking pan. Add 5 tsp of nutella batter.
Swirl nutella around. Bake on 325 F  about 25-30 min.
To check if its ready push  in the middle with your finger if its spongy it ready.
To make cream: Mix butter until it's fluffy. Add cream cheese. Mix until becomes smooth. Add cool whip. Mix more.
Pour condensed milk in while stirring.
Spread cream, thick layer.
Add another layer and cover with cream.
I covered cake with fondant for  decorations I used Gum Paste Flowers (click here).
Nutella tasted so perfect in this cake:)
Enjoy!!!

  3. Oh my Gosh! That is awesome, so nice to have such a mom. I feel like I don't live close enough to take advantage of all the cool stuff you do. Pretty soon you can make cakes for orders. You should take to Russian stores and advertize.
