Green Onion Cauliflower Fritters (Оладьи из цветной капусты)
Ingredients: ( I updated this recipe on 12/04/2012)
1/2 head Cauliflower
3 eggs
1 bunch green onion
3/4 cup mixed shredded cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan or smoked gauda cheese
3-4 large cloves garlic
Salt, pepper, (vegeta optional)
Panko bread crumbs to roll in
Butter or oil to saute

Green Chicken Soup ("Shavel" Sorrel Soup)
This is a Russian traditional "Green Borsh". My mom always made it in summer. Its my favorite soup.
Ingredients:
3 quarts Water
1 lb Chicken
5 large Potatoes
1 med Onion
2 Carrots
1 large bunch of Sorrel (can be substituted with Spinach and lemon)
5 hard Boiled Eggs
Parsley flakes, Dill, Green onion
Salt, Pepper, Vegeta, Bay leaf

Raspberry Marshmallow "Zefir" (Зефир)

Ingredients:
5 Egg Whites
1 cup + 3 oz Water
1 Small pack Jello (Any flavor; My favorite is apricot)
3 heaping tsp Agar-Agar ( You can order here)
3 1/4 cups Sugar {Updated} Organic sugar is ok to use
1 to 2 large Lemons
Powder sugar for sprinkle on top
I made it with fresh raspberries and black currant puree. You can skip the Jello and water and add up to 3/4 cup of fresh berry puree (discard seeds). And you can use organic sugar.

Raw Coconut Pudding
This is a delicious and healthy coconut pudding. So unique and full of flavor. My 12 year old loves to make. We enjoy it for a few years now. Its easy to make and no cooking involved. I found this recipe video on youtube.

How to Make Fried Sushi
I tried fried sushi last year when i was visiting my family in MO. We went out with my sisters. They had this sushi place it was so beautiful inside. I only seen in movies such a beautiful restaurants. I made sushi before, just not fried. So then we made fried sushi at my moms house. They had this sushi sauce in the restaurant that became our favorite.

Strawberry Mousse Cake
This cake was a hit at my tea party. Everybody loved it.
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Syrup for cake:
1 cup milk
2 tbls sweet condensed milk (use from same can of mousse recipe)
Strawberry mousse:
6 oz Strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 can sweet condensed milk
5 tbls sour cream
8 oz cream cheese ( room temperature)
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped and divided (use 1 cup for the top of the cake)
Fruits and jello to decorate. I used this Jelly crystals.

Chicken Seven Layers Salad
This salad is my creation. Everybody loved in my family. I want to share this recipe with everybody.
Ingredients:
3 Boiled potatoes (I use yellow potatoes)
1 small sweet onion
1 12oz can of chicken breast
2-3 boiled carrots
200 gr smoked cheese
5 boiled eggs
2 persian cucumbers
Mayonnaise
Salt, Pepper, Vegeta
I added sliced radishes later (It made salad juicier and it gets watery after a few hours)
Optional unrefined Sunflower oil on the potatoes

Spaghetti Fritters
These are fast and easy to make from any left over pasta. Kids love it.
Ingredients
Any thin pasta, long can be cut in shorter pieces. I used cut vermicelli.
