ReplyDeletehey hon do u have any bbq recipes? wanna make something good before summer passes:))))
ReplyDeleteI have a BBQ Chicken "шашлык" posted. That's the best recipe for chicken. If you like pork
DeleteMarinade it overnight in lots of onion and squish onion with you hands so it will get a little juicy. Add salt pepper and a little bit of vinegar or none at all. Put it under a press. I like this recipe better for pork. I haven't made these in a long time. To make meat really tender in 1-2 hrs use kiwi or pineapple juice.
I hope this helped:)
