My mom used to make these blini with meat and eggs for us when we were young and I remembered we all loved it very much. We simply grew up with these. This is one of my favorite childhood food. They're simple to make, little bit of batter goes a long way. The best thing is they can be kept in the refrigerator and warmed up later.
