Delicate sponge cake filled with Peach mousse. It's light and fluffy. This easy mousse recipe is made of jello, sour cream and whipped topping. Decoration was few min. My guests had arrived and I did not have time to decorate, I just arranged fruits on top. They really enjoyed it.

Such a beautiful dessert.. lea it looks like you have two sponge cake layers .. what do u do with the other one ?? I am thinking to out a think layer on top, would that taste ok ?
ReplyDeleteI make 2 circle cakes or 1 in the glass 9 by 13 baking dish. I like when it's more mousse so I don't add another cake layer on top. It would taste just fine.
