There's nothing quite so refreshing as mangoes! Fluffy, rich, and delicious. This fresh mango mousse is a perfectly sweet dessert. It's a quick and easy mousse that you can whip up, if you want a special treat.
Ingredients:
3-4 (about 2 cups) ripe mangoes
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp lime juice
Peel mangoes, cut into pieces add to blender. Make mango pulp.
Add lime juice to mango pulp.
Whip heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form then add slowly condensed milk.
Leave about 1/2 cup of mangoes for the top layer. Gently fold in mangoes with whipped cream.

Why haven't I made Mango mousse before? Otherwise i am always into mousse dessert but I hadn't tried that one. Looking so fresh Lea, I d eat a whole bowl full! (no kidding!)

What a great way to use up all those extra mangoes! I use mangoes in salads, in salsa, with seafood, and finally I need to try this mousse! :)
