Quick Pastry Puff Dough Recipe {Быстрый Pецепт Cлоеного Tеста}
Since the dough contains no yeast, the way this pastry puffs in the oven is pure magic. Okay, so it's not magic, it's chemistry. But puff pastry is still one of the most satisfying items to bake. Puff pastry is leavened by water in the layers of butter and dough evaporating in the hot oven, causing the layers to separate. This is the easiest recipe for Pastry Puff and it's so universal.. It will be ready in 2 hours. Think of many possibilities of what you can make with it, like cakes and pies (sweet and savory), pirojki and pastries. The dough is very soft and crumbly. I made Asparagus wrapped in pastry puff, Butternut Squash Purses, Apple Ricotta Pastry Butterflies, Napoleon Cake, French Persimmon Tart, Pastry Puff Vanilla Bean Cream Horns, Flaky Cream Cheese Filled Pastry Hearts and Pastry Meat Potato Pie.

Stuffed Bubliki with Meat {Бублики с Mясом}
Bubliki is like little bagels but they are dry. It turns out that bubliki can be used not only as a great addition to the tea, but also to filled with the meat. I love dried bubliki stuffed with meat from childhood. This dish is a great for family celebrations. Bubliki with meat can be attributed to the appetizer and to a meat dish. Perfectly suited to the children's table. Adults also have great pleasure in eating bubliki and by the way, you get full very quickly.

Pumpkin Coffee Cake
This Pumpkin Cake is a moist and flavorful cake that is frosted with a delicious brown sugar glaze. My family loved it. It's easy and fast to make.
Cake batter ingredients:
⅓ cups milk
10 oz pureed pumpkin
2 large eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix (18 Ounce Box)
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ cup flour
4 tbs butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 oz heavy whipping cream

Fresh Salmon Red Caviar Recipe
Making caviar at home is not nearly so hard as you might think. It is a miraculous product, beautiful as jewels with a briny pop that adds color and texture to all sorts of dishes. And freshly made caviar will last 2-3 weeks in the fridge, too. Caviar is excellent as an appetizer. It's perfect geometrical form allows it to be arranged decoratively. Caviar is also good in sandwiches and is perfect with butter on white bread or toast. But some people prefer to eat it with soft cake cheese, known to enhance the flavor of caviar. Red caviar often goes with traditional Russian pancakes. As far as drinks go, everything is logical with caviar, being a luxury. We got 5 salmons, all with caviar. So I made this Russian delicacy.
