Kid Favorite Chicken Tortillas

This easy chicken quesadilla recipe stuffed with chicken, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese is  perfect for kids. This is too easy for it to call a recipe. It's just a idea what to make for kids. I make it for my kids all the time. They love it, teenagers and toddlers.

   Ingredients:
Tortillas
Mexican blend cheese
Piece of cooked chicken
Butter for saute

Ones I looked at sodium in the name brand tortillas and it was 600 mg per 1 tortilla. I looked for a different brands with less sodium in it, so this La burrita brand had 300 mg of sodium per tortilla. Check when you buy food for these kinds of things. Daily intake of sodium should be 2000 mg.
Melt a piece of butter in the pan. Add tortilla sprinkle cheese and minced chicken on one side of tortilla. Close other side and cook for a few min.
Turn over to the other side.
Enjoy!!!
