Ingredients:
Halibut fillets
1-2 eggs add salt
Flour
Panko bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, coriander, vegeta optional
Oil for frying
Fluff the eggs. Put salt and spices on each piece of fish. Roll into flour.
Dip into eggs both sides.
Drench into panko bread crumbs (both sides).
Fry in oil on med heat.
Cook until golden brown.
