Cream Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

   Appetizers are fun. These delicious and naturally low carb! You hold them in your hand, you take a good look at them, if you’re lucky you can get them all in one bite. These bright and flavorful baby bell peppers are filled with cream cheese, parmesan and chives. First time I tried  em at the wedding, and I could not stop eating em. They are delicious!



 Ingredients:
1 lb mini bell peppers
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1/3 cup minced chives or green onion
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese or any other cheese
1 tsp vegeta or any other spice

Additional flavors can be bacon, crabs, shrimps etc. 



Preheat oven to 350.  Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 20 sec. Mix it with cheese, chives and vegeta.
Leaving stem on the peppers, slice peppers and remove the seeds. 
Fill each pepper with cheese. Spray the baking sheet with oil. Arrange peppers on a baking sheet. 
Bake for 15 - 20 min. 
Enjoy!!!

  1. Hello, these look really good. Have you ever tried making them with the full size bell peppers? How long do you think you would bake them for if the full size peppers are used in this recipe? Thanks.

    1. Hi, I haven't tried the big peppers, but I think it should be ok. Maybe bake it for 30-40 min. Let me know how it turns out:)
