This is a flavorful, simple way to dress up plain green beans for an easy side dish. Tender, flexible green beans or French beans are a delight of any meal. Beans are a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Ingredients:
12 oz package of French green beans (from Trader Joe's)
4 cups of water
2 tbs Organic Chicken BTB
1 tsp salt
Vegeta (optional)
6 cloves garlic
Butter
Boil 4-5 min
Mix BTB in water. Bring to a boil.
Add green beans.
Add garlic. Bring to a boil. Boil for 4-5 min.
Drain.
Add a piece of butter.
