Baked Chicken Tortillas (Chebureki baked)

Baked Chebureki recipe is super easy and tasty. These can be taken anytime and you will really love to have it.Its like a meat pita pocket.

Ingredients:
22 Uncooked Tortillas
1 lb Ground Chicken
1 large onion
2 eggs
Salt, Coriander, Pepper
4 oz water



Print option 

 


Grind chicken meat or buy any grinded meats you like.
Put in the mixing bowl add salt , pepper, coriander, water and grinded onion. Mix well.

 Mix eggs with the fork.

Brush it all over tortillas.
 Add chicken, thinly spread it on 1 half. Close it press, with fingers or use a fork.


Put tortilla on the greased parchment paper or a baking sheet. Spread egg on top.

Bake for 20-25 min on 325F.    Enjoy!!!

    1. I never though of a vegetarian version. If I would make it vegetarian I would put sauteed mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, carrots and spices:)

  9. Hi, I've made these for the second time already with wheat tortilla's not white, but they turn out moist (wet) on the bottom.
